Cancellation Policy
You may substitute attendees at any time up to one day before the event. Cause Marketing Forum, Inc. (CMFI) will refund your payment less a 15% service charge for cancellations received in writing by April 15, 2010. For cancellations received after April 15, 2010, but before May 1, 2010, you may opt for a 50% refund or a 100% credit to be applied to other CMFI offerings for up to one year from date of issuance. There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations received after May 1. In the event that CMFI postpones an event, registration payments at the date of postponement will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the registrant is unable to attend on the rescheduled date, the registrant will receive a 100% credit towards a future CMFI event good for up to two years from the date of issuance. CMFI is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event.
